Overview

The initial release of the Agencies feature on v2.1.0 allows a transportation trip to be assigned to an agency. Please note, this feature is in early development and has basic functionality but will be greatly improved over the next few updates.

An Agency serves multiple roles for different transportation providers. For an NEMT provider, the agency assigned to the transportation trips could be a specific Medicair agency distributing rides for the passenger. For private transportation companies, the Agency may be the Broker who distributed the passengers trips.
