Create an NEMT CC APP account

The first step in the registration process is to create your applicationNEMT CC APP account. This is the user whoaccount will be logginglogin into the appapp, reset the account password and receive system notifications. In short, this account will getbe the resetaccount password andusing the various system notifications.APP.

To create an APP account you will need to provide 4 pieces of information.

1. First Name
2. Last Name
3. Email
4. Password
